The Tree House cottage sits on a hillside with a private infinity pool and overlooks the historic plantation buildings.

The Cocoa Pod and Jardin Cacao restaurants serve Caribbean and international cuisine in open-air settings surrounded by lush vegetation. Breakfast is a buffet with local specialties such as cocoa tea and bakes, while dinner features fresh catch of the day like mahi mahi. The resort grows its own fruits and vegetables on the 55 hectare plantation, supplying the kitchen with farm-to-table ingredients.

Spa & Wellness

Mama La Terre Spa provides massage services and therapeutic body treatments, including body wraps, scrubs, and facials using natural ingredients. The resort has three tiered outdoor pools with a waterfall and a gazebo, plus a fitness centre with basic equipment. Guests can use the hot spring bath and book spa/wellness packages at the spa lounge.

Activities & Experiences

Daily chocolate-making tours let guests turn cocoa beans into their own chocolate bars, starting from pods harvested on the property. Plantation tours with guide Clinton highlight the estate's 200-year history and over 30 varieties of fruit trees. A complimentary shuttle runs twice daily to Sugar Beach for snorkelling and beach access, while on-site hiking trails lead to a viewpoint of Petit Piton.

The resort sits within a UNESCO World Heritage site on a 55 hectare working cocoa plantation originally established in the 19th century. It is located in Soufriere, 10 minutes from the drive-in volcano at Sulphur Springs and the botanical gardens. Fond Doux Eco Resort Soufriere provides direct access to hiking routes on Petit Piton and Tet Paul nature trail from the property itself.
